Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host and analytics tools record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of the visit. This is used to keep the site secure and to understand which pages families find useful.

Children's Privacy
Coqui Unity serves athletes who are minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without a parent or guardian. Registrations, tryout forms, and communications are intended to be completed by a parent or guardian. Photographs and Video
Coqui Unity photographs and records athletes at practices, tournaments, and club events, and may share those images on this website and our social media channels to celebrate our athletes and promote the club. If you prefer that your athlete not appear in club photos or video, please tell us in writing at unityvolleycabot@gmail.com and we will honor that request.
Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the club and this website — for example our registration platform (LeagueApps), form and email services, our website host, and our sanctioning bodies (USAV / Delta Region and AAU) where membership or event entry requires it. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the safety of our athletes, families, or staff.
Third-Party Services
Some pages embed content or forms from third parties, including Google Forms, LeagueApps, and social media platforms. Those services collect data under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
How Long We Keep Information
We retain registration and roster information for as long as an athlete participates with the club and afterwards for the period required for our records, insurance, and legal obligations. Contact form submissions are kept until the inquiry is resolved and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your Rights

How We Protect Your Information
Our website is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection and hosted on a managed platform with standard security protections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information entrusted to us.
