Memphis Volleyball Academy is excited to welcome your club to Southaven Open Championship.  Teams from ages 11u – 18u enjoy the elite competition at one location at The Arena at Southaven.

 Team Check In will open in the lobby on Saturday at 7:00 a.m. for the morning session and 1:00 p.m. for afternoon wave.

• Upon arrival to the tournament, please find the team registration desk and have your roster available for review.
• Full concessions will be provided by the City of Southaven Rec. Department.
• No outside food is allowed.
• Please note: doors will not open until 7:00 a.m.
• Outside chairs are permitted.
• There will be no playoff matches for ties in pool play. Ties will be determined by Matches > Set % > Point percentage > coinflip.

• $10 Gate per day.

Event Policy

Teams will not be accepted into the tournament till payment is received.  It will be first come first serve basis.  If payment is received after the divisions are filled your team will be placed on a waiting list.

Teams that drop out 30 days prior to the start date of the registered tournament will be refunded their entry fee minus a 20% service charge. No refunds will be given thereafter.

 Inclement Weather Policy:

The tournament will not be cancelled due to the weather. It is the decision of each coach and/or club whether their team should attempt to travel to a tournament in bad weather. Teams deciding not to attend tournament will NOT receive a refund of their tournament entry fee.  In addition, those teams must notify the tournament director prior to the start of the tournament that they will not participate.
