Coach YaYa

YaYa’s love for volleyball began in the 5th grade, and the game has remained an important part of her life ever since. Today, she continues to enjoy playing adult volleyball alongside her older sister, sharing the court and the sport they both love.

As a coach, YaYa is passionate about passing her love and knowledge of volleyball on to the next generation of athletes. She believes coaching is about more than developing volleyball skills — it’s about helping young athletes build confidence, discipline, teamwork, respect, and a strong work ethic that they can carry with them both on and off the court.

YaYa strives to be a positive role model who encourages athletes to work hard, believe in themselves, support their teammates, and never be afraid to grow through challenges. She loves watching young players develop not only as athletes, but as individuals.

For YaYa, coaching is an opportunity to give back to the game that has given her so much while helping shape the strong, confident young athletes of tomorrow.
